Terms & Conditions

1. The customer is responsible for customs/ duties/ charges and will not hold Garuda Express against any of the associated charges and/or delays arising due to customs clearance.

2. The customer is solely responsible for the dimensions and weight specified to be correct and if there are any variations to the weight and/or dimensions, the customer could be charged for the extra weight and additional processing charges occurring due to change in dimensions/weight declared and also the shipments could be stopped due to discrepancy in dimensions specified.

3. Garuda Express is not responsible for shipment held for any reason beyond our control like government agencies, natural calamities or unforeseen events.

4. The customer also agrees not to ship any prohibited items listed in Garuda Express website (subject to changes from time to time) and is solely responsible for the consequences arising out of it if sent.

5. Return shipment charges and also possible custom charges will be borne only by the Customer provided if there is no mistake of Garuda Express.

6. Claims on Shipment value above Rs.1000/- would be entertained only upon insurance of the packages.

7. In case of damage of shipments because of solely Garuda Express mistake, refund will be given in 90 days.

8. Claiming conditions: Complaint must be given within 72hrs in writing from the shipment delivery date, along with proof.

9. A.Garuda Express is not liable For the Following:

Garuda Express does not request, via unsolicited mail or e-mail, payment or personal information in return for goods in transit or in Garuda Express custody. If the fraudulent e-mail resulted in financial loss you should contact your banking institution immediately through the appropriate channels. Garuda Express is not responsible for any charges or costs incurred as a result of unauthorized or fraudulent activity that abuses the Garuda Express name, service marks and logos.

Common Warning Signs of Online Scams: Unexpected requests for money in return for delivery of a package, gifts from a promotion company, often with a sense of urgency. Requests for personal and/or financial information. Links to misspelled or slightly altered Web-site addresses (CCF Express,com, Garuda Express Inc..etc.) Spelling and grammatical errors or excessive use of capitalization and exclamation points. Claims that you have won a large sum of money in a lottery or settlement.

Cancellation:

1. Cancellation by Customer: Once a shipment is dispatched from location where the package is dropped off, the service cannot be cancelled by the customer. In case of requests for shipment cancellations, Garuda Express reserves the right to accept or reject requests for shipment cancellations for any reason whatsoever. If Garuda Express approves cancellation of shipment, Garuda Express shall refund the entire amount to you instantly.

2. Cancellation by Garuda Express: There may be certain shipments that Garuda Express and or its partners are unable to accept or accept but unable to service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in service being cancelled (but not limited to) are 1) the non- availability of the delivery service to the address to which customers package is required to be shipped, 2) Inaccuracies or errors in package content information specified by customer or agent, identified as prohibited by Garuda Express compliance department. Garuda Express will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to ship your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card or bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit card / bank account. If the shipment had to be cancelled due to a mistake on your part, Garuda Express reserves the right to determine the refund amount. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Garuda Express.

You agree not to dispute the decision made by Garuda Express and accept Garuda Express decision regarding the cancellation.
